This build is good for playing other sorceresses and max block does nothing for you there so be quiet you max block fanatics! Put no points into dexterity because the only thing you would need that for is max block and getting max block is a bad idea when using spirit monarch and going energy shield. With the right gear you will have enough to use spirit monarch (156 str req.) after your item bonuses.
You get anywhere between 55 to 75 base strength depending on how good or high your gear is. Simply keep in your stash a +9 total to Energy Shield Memory Runeword Staff and prebuff energy shield before you fight!īy using a Memory, you can finish your character at level 94 instead of 98!
